Jekka MacVicar's Complete Herb Book. She has a weird name I know, but this book is invaluable, especially if you grow your own herbs.

Also The Fragrant Pharmacy and The Fragrant Mind, both by Valerie Ann Warwood. IMHO these may be the only books on this subject you'll ever need!
